Free Member means you do not need to pay for any subscription. Your registration is to allow DC to provide you with regular updates of value or new products and any upcoming promotions and events. This also enable you to monitor your own profile, accounts and password. You may terminate your Free Member at any time without obligations. To be entitled to benefits, Free Member can convert to Paid Member by participating in DC Membership plan. To join as Free Member, go to HOME page and click on Member Login Bar. You will be prompted to fill up a Member Form so that DC can activate your Free Member and for future login.

There are three (3) types of paid Membership subscription plans with prescribed benefits. You can view the plan at Price Plan. This submission does not qualify you to full membership benefits yet until your Membership Application Form has been processed in our system and payment is duly received. Step 2 Fill up a Membership Application Form via this link: https://bit.ly/3h5eNHV Step 3 Login as Free Member first and proceed to pay for the Membership Plan (Price Plan) that you have decided to join. DC will notify you once your Membership has been approved.

All applicant must furnish an application and make payment at the same time in order that DC can process your application. Once you have decided on the Membership program that you have decided to join, please proceed to buy the plan and make full payment. As part of the procedures, DC must received your payment before we can process your membership. In any event your application is rejected, DC will refund your payment in full.
