This is an Agreement between Dollar Converter (“DC”) and signing Member. This Agreement governs DC’s provision and Member’s use of DC’s content platforms, sites, applications and services. Your access to the services is permitted by DC on the basis that you have accepted these terms, and in consideration for an acceptance or at joining. In the event you do not agree to the terms, you are not permitted to access the services in any manner. If you do access the services (whether you make use of them or not), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Your agreement with DC includes any specific additional terms and policies that apply to any specific services that you use. All members are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in dealing with the company, consumers and other members. Members must conduct in a truthful and sincere manner and uphold DC’s reputation from damages and any unfavourable repercussions.

 

Eligibility 

1. The following conditions must be met in order to be able to participate in DC Membership Program.

2. The Applicant must be at least 18 years of age;

3. The Applicant must not be an employee of DC or related companies.

4. The Applicant must have submitted a Membership Application via online (https://dollarconverters438.com) or manual submission at DC office.

Acceptance of Membership

DC maintain its discretion to accept or reject any Member Application as it deems appropriate and holds unfettered judgement and assessment or reasons to either accept or reject an application.

 

Membership Payment

All Membership is subject to payment of an annual member fee depending on the types of Membership Plan.

 

Member Access & Commencement

Upon approval of Membership Application, the applicant will automatically become a Member. A Free Member status is not considered to have enrolled into the Membership Program with benefits. Only upon confirmation of Membership status, a Member is then able to access to full benefits of a DC Member such as buy and sell at DC platform, participate Barter Trade Exchange program and access to DC website or contribute to Member’s website.
